2 lbs ground turkey
1 medium carrot
1 small zucchini
1 green apple
1 egg w/ egg shell (egg shell adds calcium but it’s optional)
Shred carrot, zucchini and green apple together and wring out some of the moisture, then add to mixing bowl. Add ground turkey and egg. Break up the egg shell really fine and then mix up with your hands. Roll into meatballs, about golf ball size, and put into the muffin tin. This makes 12 muffins/meatballs, but if you have a smaller dog, you can use the mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until done in the middle. I use a meat thermometer to make sure the center is done.
