Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Topper

½ lb cooked turkey (ground or shredded)

Stuffing

¼ cup bread cubes 

1 Tbsp chicken broth

1 Tbsp celery

1 Tbsp grated carrots

½ tsp parsley

2 tsp dried cranberries

Sautee the celery and carrots in a skillet for about 10 minutes until tender.  Then mix with the remaining stuffing ingredients in a small ramekin and put in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until warm and the bread is slightly toasted, but not hot.  Then it’s ready to serve to your furbaby on top of their kibble. Amount depends on the size of your furbaby.  This is perfect as topper for Nacho, who is 120+ pounds.
